HATE TO WORK OVERTIME

I really hate to work overtime especially during special festival or before holiday. Today is Chinese new year eve, we are allowed to leave at 3pm but I got too many stuffs to do so I had to work overtime :( I worked until 9pm alone!! Got a new important duty on next Monday and I want to finish some urgent stuffs before Chinese New year holiday. I'm afraid I can't handle so many things. When will we have new staffs?
